Sacred Contracts is an extraordinary system developed by Caroline Myss to explore your 12 individual archetypes within the 12 houses of astrology. Archetypes influence how we perceive and move through the world, and the 12 houses establish the area and stage of emotional, psychological, and spiritual development for each of them. The aim of this work is to connect with the interior landscape of your soul through the language of archetypes. Learning to understand this symbolic language gives you access to the deeper patterns of your Sacred Contract. There are four universal archetypes present in each of us: the Saboteur, the Child, the Victim, and the Prostitute. In this two-hour session, we will enter the library of archetypes together to establish your eight personal archetypes and explore how all twelve are positioned within your zodiac wheel. This offers a profound understanding of your personal challenges and strengths and helps you interpret the symbolic language that may appear in your unconscious, dreams, and waking life. Your Sacred Contract can illuminate your inner mechanisms, belief systems, survival strategies, and the deeper purpose of this current expression of life.
The 120-minute session provides a sustainable knowledge base. Further appointments, in-person or online, may be booked for continued exploration, guidance, and integration. In follow-up sessions, we can explore your emotional, mental, physical, and spiritual capacity to embody the strengths inherent in your archetypes and their unique placement. Sessions can include any of the following elements and modalities: Reiki, Yoga and Traditional Chinese Medicine including the chakra and meridian system, psychosomatic analysis, nervous system regulation for deep stress relief as well as guidance through the tarot and oracle cards. My work is trauma informed, gentle, loving and honest and intended to guide you into your own wisdom. These sessions are about you and your story. The healing responsibility will need to come from you as the recipient.
My aim is to guide you into your own truth and empowerment for a healthy and well-lived life and I am looking forward to sharing this experience with you!
