Self Care Rituals no.3: Reclaim

This third course of a five part series highlights the element of wood, the season of spring, the organ system of the liver and gallbladder as well as the corresponding emotion of anger and the process of setting healthy boundaries. This is a timeless tool for self discovery, meant to be revisited to lovingly uncover the layers to your health with patience and dedication. This course offers nurturing self healing tools to reclaim your health, vitality, independence and self agency.

Physical signs of imbalance are hormonal imbalance, dizziness, eyes and sight related issues, migraines, neck and shoulder pain, stiffness in muscles and tendons, detoxification.

Emotional work includes the integration and healing of challenges such as anger, defensiveness, numbness, co-dependence, stalled decision making and procrastination as well as a slowed down or poor response in setting healthy boundaries.
