4 - Mantra Humme Hum Brahm Hum
With this exercise we are allowing the energy of the heart to travel upwards through the throat channel and into the mind center. The heart expresses itself through the tongue which we support through mantra recitation. The interconnection with the mental and intuitive space allows for clarity of thought, which in TCM is understood as Shen. When heart, mind and spirit are in symbiotic alignment it serves our own clarity, calmness and happiness as well as our holistic experience of the world.

5 - Kriya To Become Crystal Clear
This traditional and beloved Kriya is simple yet challenging and profoundly effective in recalibrating the energy of the heart. It is used to remove mental fogginess and feelings of disconnection to our inner truth and authenticity. It aligns our solar plexus with our heart chakra and activates the navel center for resilience, strength and increased immunity. We move through pranayama, mudra and core activation for a complete practice with an indulgent Savasana at the end.

In this sweet and serene Reiki transmission we create a safe space for your heart to rest in. We organize the internal structure of your holistic system so your heart feels supported and at ease. With appropriate boundaries and a healthy selection of what to nurture and what to release for healing we create a sanctuary for the heart to reconnect with joy and ease. Return to this session often to soothe and nurture yourself whenever you need a break.
