It enhances feelings of safety and security, encourages self-acceptance and inner peace while helping you to feel grounded, loved and nurtured so you can release worries and overwhelm. This course offers nurturing self healing tools to reclaim your health, vitality, happiness and serenity.
Physical signs of imbalance are digestive challenges and bloating, IBS, lymph stagnation, water retention and swelling, weight gain, slow metabolism, eating disorders and coldness in the limbs.
Emotional work includes the integration and healing of challenges such as constant worry, thought spirals, anxiety, feelings of lack, experience of abandonment and undernourishment.

4 - Pranayama For Inner Conflict Resolution
This meditation is known as ancient therapy. When we are confused and inner conflict blocks our ability to think and act clearly, our mind's prana, or energy, is scattered. This exercise holds the breath out, creating an empty space in which the energy is asked to reorganize itself. Through this we can return to a healthy state of mind and body, find peace and acceptance as we drop the worrisome thoughts. This practice needs dedication and focus and over time our patterns will heal themselves.

5 - Kriya For Physical And Mental Vitality
In this demanding Kundalini Yoga set we are harnessing the ida and pingalla, the feminine and masculine qualities and energies within the physical, the mental and the energetic body. We are moving through a sequence of heating core strengthening movements in turn with units of deep relaxation. Mental and physical stamina and resilience are the benefits of this set. We end in 9 minutes of mantra meditation to access clarity, serenity and connection to our inner wisdom.

In this slowed down earth-bound practice you will explore the meridian pathways through deep compression, surrender and the guidance of your breath. We will use bolsters and props to help support and open the body for a truly relaxing and restoring experience. The intention of this practice is to help you to feel truly safe, build resilience and allow the body and mind to process your emotions in a safe and supportive way.

7 - Reiki For Grounding And Balance
In this nurturing Reiki transmission we will be reminded of our strength and resolve as we uncover the layers of self-healing. We allow our inner feminine presence and energy to be supported by the Divine Masculine so that we can feel safe in our receptivity and creativity. Towards the end we tap into the Solar Plexus to support healthy boundaries, inner connection, and a sense of self-worth.
